Shipping policy

In hospital

Deliveries to your loved one will be made between Monday to Friday and within 48 hours or less. 

If you make a purchase over the weekend it will be delivered on Monday.     

To your home   

All orders will be delivered via Australia Post.  Only available to Australian residents.  

If we are unable to supply an ordered item we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, back-order or replacement product.   

Delivery charges   

Postage and handling costs is a flat rate of $12.
