Refunds & exchanges:     

At Austin Health we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer an exchange or credit on purchases that are faulty. Any goods returned to Austin Health  must be in as-new, resaleable condition, and include the brand packaging. A receipt/proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchange, if purchaser changes their mind.

Online purchases can be taken into our store for exchange or storecredit.

Please enclose your receipt along with your merchandise.  We recommend selecting a postage option that includes tracking.  

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for Shipping & Handling expenses.
